Depending on the time of year, location, and regulations, more than one salmon species can be targeted. The size and flavor of salmon is often different depending on the run (where they are destined to return after their time in the ocean).
Sturgeon, Halibut, Cabazon, Kelp Greenling, Rockfish. There are too many kinds of Rockfish to name them all but Black Rockfish (Sea Bass) are my favorite and we target them.
Depending on location and time of year, Dungenese Crab and Shrimp can be combined with Salmon or Bottom Fishing.
